Key findings

In this report, UNIA makes a thorough evaluation of the effectiveness of the federal anti-discrimination and anti-racism laws. The analysis is done on the basis of the reports received, the cases handled, judicial procedures and others. In this evaluation report, UNIA also makes 27 recommendations to improve the effectiveness of those laws.
